Balanced

I've been taking this off and on for about 20 years. I always feel better in general when I'm taking it, balanced and more in control emotionally. It's not an instant fix, takes about 3 months to notice a difference, but when taken consistently, I just feel better overall. I think it makes my body work correctly, which in turn, makes me feel balanced. Bonus, it keeps off about 10 pounds, and seems to help my muscles tone up.
