Vitamin D3 5,000 with Vitamin K

I have no idea if this product is having any positive benefits. As with most supplements I am taking this based on faith and not because of any empirical studies which do not exist. It would be nice if the FDA would actually recommend some of these products.

Great product! My doctor recommended taking this Vitamin D + K when my blood tests revealed low Vitamin D levels. It is supposed to help the immune system, which we all need! I’m on my 2nd bottle. I will ask my doctor when we should re test my levels and I will report back. I like the gel caps. They don’t upset my stomach or anything, and I have a very sensitive stomach. I love all the Metagenics products I've tried. My D levels were debilitatingly low and not even prescription D would bring my levels up. Metagenics specializes in highly absorbable vitamins, etc. My D levels came up very quickly. Now I stay on their lower dose just to maintain. (I also am still taking their Estrovera for night sweats/hot flashes. Works like a charm.)
