This is a Metagenics detox shake that has no white sugar. (Some of the other Ultra Clear shakes do.) Of all the detox shakes I've tried from many companies, this one tastes the best and mixes well. My patients have almost never had an issue with taking it, and they usually report feeling good while taking it. The booklet that comes with it is EXCELLENT. It explains what foods they can eat and which ones they can't, how to proceed thru the detox, and makes it very clear. My patients report that they like the recipes in it as well. THANK YOU, Metagenics, for putting the time and work into not only a great (sugar-free!) product, but a VERY helpful patient guide to using it - which has made a huge difference. When my patients invest in the product, it helps them to have a clear plan and directions, with detailed information about which foods are ok and which aren't. The handouts I've put together in the past have not seemed to answer all their questions like the booklet has. Grateful, and a regular user of this product.
