I've been taking these for 7 years

Right after my surgery my doctor recommended taking chewable vitamins while my stomach was healing. I've been taking them ever since because they are so easy to take. My labwork has consistently been good and I give these vitamins credit for helping to keep me healthy

Excellent multi-vitamin!

I've been using this multi-vitamin for over 1 year, Sleeve Gastrectomy in 2022. It's easy on my stomach and it tastes great too! I buy the one without iron and it gives me everything I need.

Better than others!

These vitamins are the least offensive in my opinion. They are not the best tasting, however, after more than a YEAR taking them, I don't even taste them anymore. The mixed fruit is a better taste for me. I could barely finish the strawberry flavor. I did try other brands and to me, these are the best for your money. My lab tests have all come back in the normal range and I think these vitamins really do their job!
