I was so excited to see that Tran-Q was back. I am unsure if it helps with sleeping as I use it for on-the-job work anxiety. Works like a charm for me. (Promotional Review)

I wasn't sure about this product, but I have found it to be very helpful. I take one capsule about an hour before bedtime and that gives it time to calm me down. It doesn't put me to sleep, just helps me get really relaxed. I did find that I can't take it on a completely empty stomach, or it will irritate my stomach. I just have a small snack, or a glass of milk and it is fine on my stomach. (Promotional Review)

I received this product for free and exchange for my honest review. First off, I love that the ingredients and dosages are clearly labeled. A lot of brands say proprietary blend But this supplement does not. I have a problem with large pills, and while these are on the larger side they are scored and break in half very easily. At first I was turned off by the smell and color, however, upon taking the supplement it has a great floral aftertaste. I was surprised to see that you take these around dinner time and not when you're trying to go to sleep. So I was a bit skeptical. These are like a slow mellow like a candle burning. Very calming. I slept soundly and woke up refreshed which says a lot coming from me. (Promotional Review)
